GUARANTEEING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Out of consideration, I ask that you kindly give a 24- hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you are unable to make your appointment and can provide 24 hours notice, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the treatment booked for use on another day.
If 24 hours notice is not given, it will result in being be charged 50% of the value of service booked.

ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR

Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time to allow for a stress-free check-in, a cup of tea, and time to settle into the spa environment.

If this is your first treatment with us, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the necessary forms without taking precious time from your treatment.
